How much does shipping cost?
Shipping cost varies depending on your location. The best way to calculate shipping cost is to add your items to your cart and calculate shipping prior to completing your order.
Where does Yae! Organics deliver?
We currently ship nationally and internationally. We also ship to APO/FPO addresses.
Do I need to be home for delivery?
No! Your order does not require signature for delivery. However, you have the option to choose a signature requirement with your order.
What couriers do you use?
You have the option to choose United States Postal (USPS) or UPS.
How long does shipping take?
Your order is shipped within 48 hours of receipt. Delivery is typically 2-7 days from the day of shipping. You do have the option to choose expedited shipping.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped from our warehouse, we will email you with a shipping confirmation and tracking number. You can also find your tracking information by logging into your account.
How do I return or exchange the product I purchased?
At Yae! Organics , we take pride in our quality products and value our relationship with you. If you find, with in 30 days of your purchase, there's an issue with our product, please contact our Consumer Support Team. We are always happy to be of assistance. Generally our return policy is for factory defective items only. We don't accept returns on items that have been used.
